Practice yoga poses and stretching routines designed to offset prolonged muscle use and repetitive motion of harp practice. Learn how to counteract the extended and often asymmetrical use of your arms, shoulders, neck, and even hips! Discuss how to avoid unwanted tension in harp practice to prevent injury and promote healthy playing! No harps required!
